Grant Writing Boss Club 2023 enrollment opens January 3rd!

Grant Writing Boss Club is for you if:
- You want to work as a freelance grant writer or build a grant writing consulting business (with multiple grant writers as employees or contractors)

This is what you’ll create in Boss Club. Each item or group of items is meant to be materials that you can use the day you complete them to get clients, move clients through your pipeline, get work done, and set yourself up for success. Here’s exactly what you’ll create:
Your Service Sheet
Your service sheet is what I call the written materials you’ll send to prospective clients that explains who you are, why you do what you do, your qualifications, the services you offer, your pricing, and what their next steps are for working with you. (I share examples from each year in my business as well as a template for you to use!)
Your Marketing Materials
I’ll share how to navigate the beast that is social media and email lists. You’ll create your own SM page on the platform of your choice, and I’ll give you the structure on how to do it. I’ll also share some SM templates with you to use to promote your biz. You’ll also write promotional emails to get people interested not just in your work, but you. (You’ll learn to be liked and loved because people buy from people they like and love.)
Your Client & Subcontractor Contracts
Use our contract templates, designed by an attorney who has represented clients in business law for the last 30 years. We provide a client contract template and a subcontractor template (for those of you who need to bring others onto your team) and will advise you on how you can customize each for your needs.
Your Client Pipeline Materials
You’ll create your own customer journey map using our template, so you know exactly how you’ll move customers from awareness to loyalty.
I never take on a meeting with a prospect without first having them complete a thorough prospective client questionnaire. I’ll share that with you and give you a template to create your own.
Next, I’ll give you my exact discovery call scripts that you can revise to move clients from consideration to acquisition, so that you can start making money now.
And . . I will also share my own client onboarding materials and provide you with templates for your own (and help you figure out how to customize it for your own biz).

Your own personal, private statement on who you are, why you do what you do, how you will take care of yourself, and what you hope to grow through your business. This is for your eyes only and will help you remember your why when you most need to be reminded. You’ll also have a toolbox of strategies for navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship.
